Brinkman's Chicken - $7.69
Creamed Chicken
1 - 28 oz. Can Brinkman's Chunked Chicken
4 Tbsp minced onion
4 Tbsp butter
6 Tbsp flour
salt and pepper to taste
2 Cups frozen peans and carrots cooked according to package directions
Drain chicken, reserving liquid to replace part of milk, if desired. Break up chicken and set aside. Cook onion in butter in 3 quart saucepan until translucent. Stir in flour and cook a minute. Add milk to chicken liquid (if saved) to make 2 cups. Stir into flour /butter mixture and whisk over medium heat until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add chicken to vegetables and heat until all is hot. Serve over biscuits or toast.
